We believe in hard work and enjoyable time off. As we are based in a community that experiences huge fluctuations in business during high and low seasons we encourage our employees to work hard during the winter and summer season and take their vacations during slack. At all three locations our front of house staff have schedules that rotate every few months, making it very easy for employees to plan their time off accordingly. We base our tip system on the "pool" model that fosters team work rather than competition among the staff.
